The Bower M42 Adapter

I recently purchased a number of M42 Lenses. I went to your store purchased a Bower M42 Adapter and received it March 4th. My Order Number:1016184399

You can read about the problem I had & others had here: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/general-technical-troubleshooting/135940-...ml#post1417735

In the end, I ended up having to cut it off with a Dremel.

I order an original Pentax M42 Adapter and 2 Fotodoix M42 adapters. The Fotodoix adapters work great on all of my M42 Lenses. Except for the one I had to almost break to get it off my camera & the adapter off the lens. I would like to return it and would like for you to look into this problem with these adapters. I paid almost $95 for the lens & I can't get it to focus now.

Thanks

Thank you for not only taking care of it, but for looking into the matter as well. I found out that the Fotodiox M42 adapters are easier to use, however they do not focus to infinity. So, I can't recommend them to anyone at this time. The Bower is a quality build adapter. However, it's that screw on there that was loose & caused the problem.
Once again, thanks.

I should add that it's the screw that is on the adapter which is too long and strips the threads and locks it on to the body. I was lucky to get it off. Thanks for the refund, but I'm still out for the S/H both way for a product which is defective. I'm seeing more threads pop up on this problem as well.
