RMA during B and H vacation

Hi, I have an order that is eligible for return but my RMA request has stopped somewhere. I'm wondering if B and H will honor the return policy by not counting the vacation days against the items return eligibility.

Hello,

We do not count the days we are closed towards our return policy period. We just opened, so, please contact our Customer Service Dept to process your return.
