Hi,
I'm looking for a 49mm lens cap (specifically one made by Pentax) alternative to the screw-on one on my DA15 for ease of use, and I had a few questions about B&H's offerings. I found two different lens caps available:
1) a pinch-type cap:

2) a standard snap-on cap:

Firstly, I wanted to know if the pinch cap (which is the same type as the caps for my kit lenses) is as pictured. As far as I could tell from looking around the web, no one else offers this style of pinch cap from Pentax in the 49mm size (not even from the official Pentax web store), and I don't even know what lens from Pentax ships with one of these. So, if they really do make these types of caps in the 49mm size, then that's great.
The second thing I was wondering was whether the pinch cap would be better for the DA15 since the retracted hood still protrudes slightly on the top and bottom edge, or if the other standard snap-on cap is still just as easy to get on and off this specific lens. Also, I'm just slightly concerned about whether or not these two caps might scratch or touch the front element of the lens, so if you have any info on that, I would appreciate it.
Thanks for all the help!
