K5 returns - what do you do with them?

Hi, I have a question - Now with a year of history on the K5 and the various problems, what do you do with the returns? Do you send them back to Pentax USA? Do you have any insight as to what Pentax USA does with them - attempt to repair them at CRIS or return them to Pentax Japan?

Just wondering....

We handle each situation individually. In general, if a product is defective it's returned to our supplier which would probably be Pentax USA in this hypothetical instance. I do not know what they do with each individually when they receive it.
