WTH? Just have a shipping question and...

It's like trying to talk to someone at the IRS. Goodness, your automated phone system is a complete turn off. I gave up. Really, how hard would it be to have a human answer the phone?

Very sorry for your dissatisfaction. We have 1500+ employees in a couple of dozen departments so system automation and computerized call routing are pretty much a necessity. Like I said, I just gave up. I've ordered many times over the web with great service and nary a problem, but today I had a question on shipping and I just didn't have the time or patience to deal with it. Go ahead and try it some time. Call the store and get a feel for what your customers have to go through to talk to someone. Pretend you have a shipping question and see what happens. You can reply back sometime next week when the battery in your cell phone dies. But you still wont have spoken to anyone.

If your question pertains to an order that's already been submitted or already shipped, you'd talk to customer service. If you have a question about an order you haven't placed yet, a sales associate would be your best bet on the phone.

I am sorry you found the system frustrating but I have to point out we receive and respond to hundreds if not thousands of calls every day.
