help with bundle rebate on order

Hi,
I bought a k5iis on black friday and later decided to take advantage of the extra $75 off on a DA*16-50. I called and had b&h customer service add the lens to my order. I emailed and asked for the $75 to be subtracted off of the order and on ticket #6969-327932425-5918 b&h said that they could not credit me the $75. What can/should I do to get this resolved? Thanks much!

My email is in my sig, below. Please send me an email with the original B&H order number and I'll see if we can oblige. Unfortunately rebates with expiration dates and Pentax's current MAP & unilateral price restrictions limit our flexibility.

resolved in a very satisfactory manner. this is my first problem with an order and b&h came through nicely. no wonder they have such a good reputation! but I will say this, promotions should be easier for customer service people to find so the customer doesn't have to keep calling until they (by chance) get the right person. but that's what makes this forum so valuable...
