We can USUALLY honor a price reduction if the request comes within the return policy time period, but there are exceptions. In this situation your purchase was made 4/15.
The reason the price is lower today is a Pentax USA "Instant Rebate," which began 5/1. Depending on circumstances we may not be able to honor this price change for one of two reasons:
- Pentax USA will decline to reimburse us since the purchase preceded the rebate, and/or
- The item is covered by Pentax USA's unilateral price protection policy. If so, making the requested adjustment could be a violation of the policy for which penalties can be severe.
I'm checking with our brand manager and if there is ANY way to accomplish this for you, we will.
