Why so long to send out a replacement K-3?

My original K-3 had a factory defect with the AF so I sent it back to you guys for replacement. I got an email from you Monday morning that you had received it. I understand that you need to confirm that it is a complete return, but it's been two days now with no notice of the replacement having shipped. You show the K-3 as being in stock, so why would you take so long to ship? I need the camera for an assignment this weekend and it now looks unlikely that I'll have it.
