Where's my free extra battery?

On November 6, 2013 I purchased a Pentax K-3 18-135mm kit from B&H during the promotion period which offered a 'free extra battery' and a "one-year forum membership".

This promo was advertised via an email sent to me from PentaxForums.

How do I go about redeeming my:

1.) extra battery
2.) one-year forum membership

I apologize. I mis-read your first post and overlooked the promo was offered by this forum, not by B&H Photo. I believe you will have to discuss this with Adam, the site owner.

The promo was in error due to a miscommunication. The free item bundled with the K-3 at the time was a memory card, not a memory card + battery.
