B&H is currently closed so I will take this one. You will need to pay international shipping and possibly customs clearance. You can see the rates at checkout on the B&H web site, they're not to steep. About $51 to ship a K-3 via UPS.

I just checked on B&H's website, as their checkout has now re-opened.

Added the following to my card and got a shipping quote:
Pentax K-50 Digital SLR Camera Body Black - B&H Photo Video

It says you pay $39.66 shipping but are responsible for any customs clearance, VAT, or import duties that may be charged at deliver. Online information on this is scarce, but it looks like their VAT is 16% and they will also charge a processing fee, so I would expect to pay around $100 extra.

If you want to get around this, have a friend ship the camera for you via USPS, as UPS charges additional fees and almost always forces you to pay additional taxes, etc.
