Never got my reward

Hi, I never received my reward for my purchase back in May. I don't believe I ever got an email or anything. So how do I go about resolving this? Thanks.

Were you logged in to your B&H account? I believe rewards are only issued to registered users, but I'm not 100% sure so you'll have to wait for Chuck's response (B&H is currently closed).

You must first log into your account before placing your order for the rewards to be credited to your account. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and they can look into this for you. cs@bhphoto.com
