Hello,

According to EWA's web site, The U-BXP 100's lens tube is 100 mm / 200 mm with extended tube (4/8 inches ). The PENTAX D FA 100mm f/2.8 WR Macro Lens is 2.6 x 3.2" (65.0 x 80.5mm) so it should fit [without the lens hood attached].
