Not happy with B&H customer service!

I recently made a mistake shipping a lens hood back to B&H, i called their customer service and the representative i talked too was very rude and basically called me dumb for what i did. I have purchased many products from B&H, but will find a new supplier from now on!

I am sorry for this uncharacteristic incident. Can you please E-mail me your order number and the phone number from which you called us from so I can look into this further for you.
