Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 Shake Reduction Issues

Is B&H Photo aware of the Shake Reduction problem that Pentax users are experiencing in regard to the Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4 as detailed in the following thread?

https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/10-pentax-slr-lens-discussion/285104-sigm...reduction.html

Obviously this is not the type of issue some customers may notice right away if they are not aware of the problem, which could present complications for B&H as the issue continues to arise. (Sigma has been informed by both myself and others.)

Hello,

Thanks for posting. The only issue we would be aware of would be a service advisory issued by Sigma to its customers and dealers. Currently, I have not seen one from them on this issue.

Not sure if you saw this, but Sigma has recently resolved the problem via a firmware update:

Thanks, Adam; already saw and responded within the original thread in the lens section-
