Customs or Duty charges to Canada

I'm thinking of getting a K3. I see shipping to Canada is free, but other than the currency exchange, are there any Customs or Duty charges to add on?
Thanks
scott

Hello,

I set up an order for a K3 body to ship to Ontario. The S/H fees were free but we calculated the import charges [for this order for just a body currently] would be $102.90 , Order Total: $851.90$.

Details of Duty Charges
HST:$97.37
Brokerage:$1.56
Disbursement:$2.92
Security & Handling:$1.05
Total:$102.90

In your cart, you'll have a box entitled "How would you like to handle customs Clearance?" where you can choose B&H customs clearance; The customs clearance option is a speedier method shipped via Purolator and includes all customs fees with no additional charges upon delivery or Pay on Delivery; The Pay on delivery option lets you handle all customs fees and gives you a larger selection.

Hi Chuck. Thanks for the reply. This is good news. We have to pay HST anyway and the other charges are reasonable and with free shipping.. B&H has a lot of items that are not easily purchased here in Kingston. Now I just have to convince my wife a K3 will keep me happy for the forseeable future!!

If your wife is like mine, I feel confident she too can easily identify something not inexpensive which will keep her happy for the foreseeable future! :-)
