Price Protection

Hi, I just got an ad for an item I purchased from you guys on September 25th (Pentax DA 16-85 WR lens), the price in the ad was $40 less than I paid, curious if you still have price protection and if so, what are its limitations? I can;t find mention of it on your web site.

There's a 30-day price guarantee. If a price drops lower than what you paid within 30 days of your purchase, you can contact customer service for a refund of the difference.

I don't believe it goes the other way (i.e. if a price was lower PRIOR to your purchase), but let's wait for Chuck's reply.

Hello;

We are always happy to speak with our customers post sale whenever you have a concern about your order. We do not have a formal Price Protection Policy but should a price change during your 30 day return period, you can call our Customer Service Department and speak with a representative about it. Please keep in mind that many price changes are not due to cost adjustments but promotional incentives offered to you by the manufacturers in the form of a rebate or instant savings. These are usually time sensitive meaning you would have to purchase in between specific [beginning and ending] dates. A C/S rep can look into this for you when you call.
