A comment on packing......

Ya might want to retrain your packaging people. The lens that was delivered yesterday had a small sheet of bubble wrap laid on top of the lens box. This allowed the lens to bounce around in the shipping box.
Maybe spend a few pennies more and wrap the item in bubble wrap ??
