Selling Camera gear to B&H

Not sure if this the place to post this question.

I am selling my used equipment to B&H, my items are packed and ready to go.

Question: When shipping Camera, should I keep the Lithium battery in the camera or pack it separately? B&H already gave me UPS ground shipping label, so will be shipped by ground (if that makes any rules different).

Lens should be attached to camera or packed separately?

Sorry this is first time I am selling/shipping Camera gear, want to make sure I am doing the right way.

Yes, keep the battery in the body as loose batteries are getting a lot of attention from shippers lately.

The lens can be attached or if you have all the caps [body and lens front and rear] they can be separate. My thinking is one piece is easier to securely pack than two separate.

Whatever works best for you.
