B&H's Dead pixel Policy

New International Customer here ,Interested in buying a new computer monitor but I am afraid the risk of getting a bad monitor and need to pay a high shipping cost to ship back.

Is having 1 dead pixel or stuck pixel on computer monitor count as defective?
How many dead pixels does B&H consider as defective?
Does Blacklight bleed , color bleed problem consider as defective?

If you receive a monitor with any of these problems your fist step should be to email cs@bhphoto.com with photos illustrating the issue.

The problem is ,imagine you bought a monitor from B&H and found a dead pixel in middle of the screen, then they said 1 dead pixel is not count as defective or any of the problem stated above. Risk of wasting shipping cost and restocking fee..
