I have a Durst M301 enlarger currently, and when I was messing around with it, I found another knob across the way from where the red filter is. When it's flipped it's got a weird colored filter. This is the head I have

DURST REPRO VISION M301 M 301 COLOR FILTER 70 X 70 mm - eBay (item 320435713884 end time Mar-07-11 16:17:57 PST)

Just wondering if this means I could do color with this.

What other details do you need? I'm pretty new to all of this and don't know what else to share.

Well it's been about 38 years since I had that model, but for color you would have to use filter gels in the drawer. I don't know much about color as I just did B&W in the darkroom. I did use polycontrast gels in the drawer for the variable contrast paper sometimes.
