Chris, so what scanner are you using now?

I just called Epson and they said they are sending another one over. But the time wasted and I don't know when I will get some free time to do the scan is really frustrating.
Just plain hassle...
So much for refurb! At least they are providing good customer service. Hopefully the replacement will fill your need.

Try them all and use the one you like best. I have access to both Vuescan and Silverfast , but use the Epson Scan software that came with my
