What do you use for 35mm processing in Toronto?

Was wondering what people in Toronto/GTA use to develop their C41 colour /B+W negatives in Toronto?

I've tried Walmart in the past for "develop only", but they always seem to scratch my negatives which makes it a lot more work in post to edit out. Anybody find a decently priced place (less than $7) to get film developed that doesn't consistently scratch negatives?
