Neg Saver problems

I got some surplus but unused negative savers for C41 35mm (Vue-All brand) and 120 negs (Print-File brand).
These are the 3 ring binder type
The negs had dried for about a week before i tried to insert them.
With the 120 neg size, it is very difficult to slide them in, I had to resort to chamfering the corners and long tweezers to pull them through to avoid the crinkling the negs.
This morning I tried to remove some 35 mm negs, and they are firmly stuck in there, I think a combination of the high humidity here and the tendency of the flat surfaces to adhere by vacuum.
The neg saver is acting like cling-wrap.
I don't see anything about this on their web sites.
Are there any tricks, or a better alternative?
Thanks !

Different brand?

I usually don't have too much trouble getting them in, but usually resort to a pair of tweezers (120) or a bent paper clip (35mm...hook into sprocket hole) to get them out.

Like Steve I have no issues with the Print-File sheets for my negatives and use tweezers to pull out the negative strips.

However 95% of my shots are on 35mm slide film, so the storage issues are different. I recently switched from Kodak Carousel slide trays to an archival slide system that takes up about a 10th of the space. Now I’m good for another 40 years of shooting!

Thanks Steve and Phil.
Tore the sprocket hole and I had to cut the sheets to get the 35mm negs out. The 120's don't stick however the film is same ( Fuji 400)
I might just revert to paper envelopes for the 35.
