I'd say the developer/révélateur is completely out if opened. Probably out even if never opened.
The fix though might OK.

Some chemicals like Rodinal are OK years and years after production (I meant decades) if never opened.

Anyway, testing fix is so easy you should know very quickly. Just try a piece of film (l'amorce) in the fix and you'll know.
