Mistake at developing 120 E6 film?

Hello everyone!
Just recieved my first roll of E6 120 film roll developed at local lab in Riga, Latvia. Was really my first attempt at shooting this type of film, so dont know what exactly is wrong. Some of 12 shots had wrong exposure so they came out absolutely black but some... I'll include a picture of them - it looks like the backing paper somehow got exposed on the film itself. What you think, is it my mistake with exposures or handling and storing film, or it might be the lab who did bad?
Thank you.

Might it be too old? But some of the shots were just spot on

I'm trying to differentiate what I'm seeing as the film and the background but it appears to be unevenly developed

Rothko? Is that you?

(Rothko's artwork often resembled the photo posted above)

You ought to post that here: https://www.flickr.com/groups/rothko-esque/

Sorry I can't offer any suggestions on the film.

It’s not the age of the film, but how was it stored?

Can you verify that the film was stored in the freezer/fridge?

However your issue looks lab related to me.

Phil.

Yeah, looks like the lab left the paper on. Find a new lab.
