Now that's commitment to film!

Yes, that could well be the case. The film I shot had been expired for about three years. Which, by today's standard, is still pretty fresh. I purchased it when I was still living in Tianjin, China, from a corner store near my apartment. I shot it at 160 ISO and had it developed at the local Kodak shop where I had all of my film developed. I dropped off a mix of Kodak and Lucky film after I got back from a trip to Harbin; my Kodak came out beautifully whereas I wasn't so lucky with my Lucky. I might have to give it another try if I can find it cheap enough on Taobao (Although, maybe not. My speaking is bad and my reading ability is worse. I doubt I can navigate Taobao anymore, lol). Still, from my experiences though, I never fell in love with Lucky.

I ordered a whole bunch of films from Lomography (100, 400, 800 colour) because I couldn't get anything except Kodak 200 and 400 locally, and I found the results quite pleasing. I'll happily use it, whatever it is. Their Earl Grey 100 and Lady Grey 400 B&W aren't bad either, but I've only ever developed that at home so I don't know what the best is that it is capable of.

The lady Grey is Kodak T/Max 400 from my research, and i think the Earl Grey is also an old Kodak emulsion... They come out really nice.

Speakin of Lomo

Here are the first scans from Lomo Peacock... this film is fun and an E-6 slide film for 110... So of course i ran it through my Auto 110.... I had the film cross processed at my local lab as they no longer do E-6 in house

Some of the Lomography films are shipped from the original production country to China where they have their backing paper added and are packaged. In 135 format the old one was Ferrania 100 (very nice) and the more modern one is a Kodak emulsion, apparently good but I haven't tried it yet myself.

I don't use Lomography films in 120 as there have been too many complaints about the backing paper markings appearing on the developed negatives later.
