That's the same model I have the rust I see is on parts that don't move and could be sanded and cleaned up. The main bits appear ok.

It’s a relatively simple loader (I have one like it also). I didn’t see anything in the pictures that would give me concern.

If you win, open it in the dark or in a changing bag. You never know what little bonus somebody has left inside.

Thanks for the answers. First time bidding on a bulk loader and wasn't too sure if there was any sort of issues with it I shoul be worried about with that specific one.

None I can think of. It is pretty sturdy and works very well from what I recall.

There really aren’t any issues that I’ve had, although I did break the wind knob off mine (yeah I dropped it with 100’ Of film inside).

Bid on it & won it (no other bidders on it). Got it a couple days ago and looking it over in person the rust isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, it's very minor. It's in pretty good shape, just need to pretty much get a cloth & do some very light cleaning on it.
Just need some bulk film, a couple reloadable cassetts, film developer & fixer, and a couple other thing & I'll be set.

I figured - the real guts are mostly plastic so the rust was bound to be superficial. I hope you get a lot of good use from it.

Looking to do the whole film process yourself, then?

Yep, cheaper for me in the long run since I'm on a tight budget. Buying a BL used (got it for $5, ~$17 shipped) saved me ~$30+ bucks over buying a new one one b&h.

I can get the other "main necessities" (bulk film, developer/fixer, reloadable cassetes, film reel, thermometer, and film archival pages) for ~$100, but it's gonna take me a while to save up & get it all.

Film archival pages are dirt cheap, at least.

The most expensive thing of what I need now is the film, which the cheapest Ive found is $50 (Kentmere 100), everything else is ~$14 or less.
