What happened with 35mm roll prices!!

This thread has really gotten me thinking.

Just a couple months ago I thought I'd never shoot another roll of film again, but now I have several rolls in my fridge. I want to say I was paying roughly $3/roll in 2010, so $7/roll at the local camera shop doesn't seem too terrible when accounting for inflation. I'm sure I'd feel differently if I was shooting several rolls a week, rather than several exposures a week.

Kodak Pro Image 100 is a really good budget colour negative film, costing about $6.40 per roll:
