UK Developing Company Sought For Old Film

Hello,

May I ask if the UK members could suggest a few good film developing places who would be willing to sort out some 620, 828, 110 and Agfa CT18 rolls of film at all please?

From research both 828 & CT18 are the same size as 35mm whereas the 620 is the same as 120.... which should make things easier.

I am not willing to develop these myself as they are old films that used to belong to my husband's parents and grandparents. We found all of their cameras recently and are trying to salvage what we can.

On top of that I would really like to find a place that gives an option of using Perceptol for (modern) HP5+ developing too.

Any ideas of where to go?

Thank you,

Lee.

Haven't tried them but one suggestion - Old Film Processing | We develop all types of old film DS Labs have a good reputation and do some old formats including 110 - https://dscolourlabs.co.uk/about/Film_Services They may know of someone who can process your formats if they can't do it.

The AGFA CT18 may be tricky as it used proprietary chemistry if I remember correctly.

You could also try Peak Imaging, they have a film recovery service so give them a call to discuss the films you have. They did a good job on some 30 year old film I had a while back.

Gave it a go, sadly the majority of the films seemed to be knackered and my bank account was £100 lighter. Guess it was worth it to see, not a sad as my other half as he was hoping to get back some images of his/taken by his grandparents. Ah well, the trials and tribulations of fluctuating attic temperatures.
