Answer: No- there is absolutely nothing wrong with your camera! This noise is caused by the Pentax shake reduction system, which allows the sensor to move around slightly within the camera. When the camera is powered down, the sensor shifts around freely, as there's no electrical current present to keep it in place. Don't worry about this- it's perfectly normal, and is not a sign of any problems!
I have a rattling that has developed over the course of my ownership of a k50. It is a repeated and pronounced knocking that is both distracting and wasn't there previously. It appeared around the 10,000 shutter count mark. I'm outside of warranty and brought a different camera as a result. I regard it as a definite fault and it's important to distinguish between normal "slight" knocks and rattles to the repeated jerking and shaking of the sensor that definitely doesn't sound right on any camera.
