I'm sure it would have been manual mode.

I don't know whether the K-5 has a tendency to expose lighter, but even if that's the case the lab images should feature a consistent exposure. Afterall, the end user of a camera will also adjust camera settings and/or tweak the exposure in post-processing to get the exact exposure they want.

I'm not saying that DPR intentionally allowed the D7000 and K-5 to expose lighter, but if somebody did want to do a little something to make the D60 look better than the competition, this would be one way to do it.

had the chance to play with the 60D, don't want to be too harsh, it's a piece .....

Good job, Canon, all they have to do is to pay dpreview some cash, they'd get some better sales...
