ProDigital2000 actually shipping K-5?

I ordered the K-5 and a 31mm Limited from ProDigital2000 on eBay yesterday. My experiences with them have generally been good, especially when I get them on the phone, but I've had a few problems with them listing things that aren't actually in stock. Does anyone know if they truly are shipping the K-5?

FWIW, I called them--K-5 is in stock and shipping. Since they don't charge taxes and shipping is free, this is a very viable option for US buyers, especially in the northeast.

No USA warranty for lenses is one thing, but no USA warranty for a $1500 camera body is a whole other ballgame. buy.com is selling it through ebay for $1493, why not buy it from them?

There's 1 year international warranty for Pentax. It's the same 1 year you get for buying in the States also.

For Canadians buying in Canada, there's a 2 year warranty for Pentax products.

Why not just go Amazon for US purchases? Would seem to be an ideal place, always have great prices and customer service.
