Hi,
Well I had high hopes for the debug code. It wasn't some sort of crazy guess, it's the title of the file(from inhouse pentax) of their debug package. That is why I had high hopes! But there, Pentax has outflanked me/us,there must still be a file missing/or a manipulation unknown. But anyway, I've been playing with PKTether in the debug mode and it's capable of accessing the debug as is already been stated here. In fact it's excellent !!
Now I hope to be able to get sharp pictures with my Carl Zeiss Jena 75-300 F4.5/5.6. But it's still would be useful to have access to the debug mode in the field without the need of a computer. P.S I'm running the latest firmware.

Steve there is a focus adjustment in the custom menu you know, no need to go into the debug menu for that unless it needs more correction the default option offers.

Hi,
The CZJ 75-300mm seems to need something like +13 or so on the K5. On the K20, I had to adjust the autofocus module (3 screws under the baseplate) to accommodate all my lenses using from -10 to +10, this was before things got going on debugging.

J/K of course...
Pity that I do not have my own garage. I would be interested, if its possible to disable limitation for lenght of video. It would be cool, if I would be able to shoot 1 hour. I just do not know if that possible due to big files, eventually overheating of camera.
