Black Friday and K-5

I'm going to buy the K-5. I have the K20D now so not in a big rush but if there won't be any sales on Black Friday on the K-5 i will purchase before then.

Anyone know of a place that may drop the K-5 price for BF? Or should i just troll once the day hits?

Reasons:
1) Very high demand. No real reason to drop price for a sale.
2) Going along with 1) above: Limited supply; the two go hand in hand
3) Yen is high compared with the dollar, makes Japanese goods more expensive
4) Somewhat of a niche market; How many ppl are in the market for a high end pentax camera, say compared to a high end Canikon? The big black friday markdowns are going to be on items that will bring ppl into the store. Thousands would respond to a "Sony TV Sale! all models marked down!" Maybe 10 would respond to "Pentax DSLR Sale! Get your K-5 here!"
5) Not a lot of B&M retailers stock Pentax anyway.

Doubtful if you find Black Friday deals on a Pentax K-5. Aside from the online retailers, all the brick & mortar stores already have their ads out and there aren't many DSLR deals.

If waiting the week isn't going to kill you go ahead and wait. I wouldn't count on any deep discounts on the K-5 any time soon. Either Black Friday or Internet Monday.

B&H drops the prices "according to the market". If "the market" means black friday, then I'd expect a drop!

As a supporting example, the body-only price seems to have went up $8 from the price I paid (though it's not in stock either; price is sure to change when it comes back in-stock).
