Vive Pentax.

Here's few shots. Weather has been terrible, so I have tried to be little creative.

One of the first times ever, I've found AF-C useful. This is one Sweet machine.

hmmmm

just a thought---
these great images would still be great taken with virtually any dslr on the market today. perhaps the manner of which they are 'taken' is the real difference here.
great pics all the same.

You know how you can usually tell a photo taken with the Canon 5D MK2? It just has a certain look, a definate quality. Even if you aren't sure when you scroll down and read taken with a Canon 5D MK2, you not your head and say yes of course.
Well the K5 images I have seen so far seem to have that same recognizable quality, only with a "Pentax" look to them.
Anyone agree?

I suppose so. It may be the dynamic range which gives a lot of "depth" to the photos. Either way, I'm really enjoying this thread a lot. Wish I could contribute, but the K-5 is a bit out of reach at this point. Maybe if I traded my LBA into CBA....
