Yes, yes! The last one is my fav too FS! The next to last one also hits my hot spot, but the last one, it's the one!

Too bright this morning, the Texas sun is very harsh, even in the winter on full sun days. Maybe I should have dropped the exposure a little when shooting, but she is still lovely!

With the K5 I have found that it is easier and more effective to push the exposure of a Raw shot than ETTR and try to correct overexposure. The K5 will lift shadows very nicely, so I normally shoot a tab underexposed.

Bigma bokeh can be very nice for such a long lens in its price range!

Regards!

Makes sense to me with the K5, I usually never have a problem pulling up the shadows, but highlights can ruin any shot if not very careful....and even then, you never know until it is too late.

Regards!

NIce shot K-Rex....He's obviously waiting while his wife shops! Been there, done that.....misery!

Rupert: He was actually waiting for his drunk friend to shut up I believe. Both of them were probably waiting for their wives though Hahaha, by the way~ This place needs more squirrels!!

Well, I only got one squirrel today....not sure it is "Work Safe" but I will post it anyhow.

First, this Cardinal agreed to do a few poses this morning early....not sure which is best so I will post them all....

I had to call out Otis this morning, one of his Army squirrels was up in a tree doing something.....that will make him go blind if he doesn't stop. Filthy little thing! Otis said he would put him on KP duty shelling pecans and peanuts for a month and send him for counseling. Heck Otis, you got a hundred girlfriends, just give him one, that will cure his problem!

Wonderful shots Rupert ! For me the first and the last cardinal shot are my favourites.

I have to agree with bvg, but you could give the photo to Squirrel-Hustler Magazine

Thanks FS! I'm kinda tired of shooting Cardinals, but when one appears I can't resist!

Squirrels.....that was a filthy little guy! Here is one with better manners and less perversion!

Your hands get cold too?

Hey buddy...what's with the camera and big lens?...can't we get any privacy around here?

Notice how fat all my squirrels are? They eat like pigs all day every day! Nice thick coats this winter, it would be hard for them to get too cold, but if they do, Otis will burn more tires out in the Woods of Otis to warm them up!

Regards
