Thanks for the nice comments. It is hard to take a bad shot in that part of the country.
That is the lower falls of the Yellowstone River in Yellowstone National Park. It was hand held because of the crowd of people there. The Yellowstone river is the longest unimpeded river in the US. This water flows north to the Missouri River. Then southeast until it meets the Mississippi River and eventually winds up in the Gulf of Mexico. I have spent a total of over two weeks in Yellowstone NP and still haven't driven all the roads in the park. The two great things about being an old fart. Grandkids and a senior citizen pass that you purchase for $10 and get into all the national parks and monuments for free for the rest of your life.
Rondec, Did you get a new lens? I though that 15mm Limited was permanently attached to you camera. Great landscapes, as usual. That service station is a real gem. I managed a Texaco station 40+ years ago.
