A quick trip to Paris, all three were taken with the 35mm macro ltd.

Including some food shots at "Agapé Substance" restaurant

and the classic Notre-Dame cathedral pictures

and a chair at the Garden at the Palais Royal.

I looked out the door this afternoon and saw several birds flying back and forth between an oak tree in our front yard and a holly bush. When I looked closer it turned out to be cedar waxwings eating the berries on the bushes. They kept avoiding me moving to different bushes when I got close. Here are a few shots that I was able to catch.

The cedar waxwings are really cool birds, love it when I come across a group of them...

Me too. They are not that common around here. I've only seen them a few times and each time in fairly large flocks.

Thank you Dave and Mark !

Bossa, I buy every week flowers and I use my Metz 48 AF with a softbox or Ray-Flash ring adapter since my macro ring flash doesn't work with the K-5...

The second shot is excellent Thesorus !

Nice macro Ruppert !

As I got out of my car this evening the proximity of Venus to the moon caught my attention.

Good snap - it's Venus, pretty clear around here, I may go out and try to get some snaps of it soon...

Spring time floral

Just got my K5 a few weeks ago, love this thing- still learning all the in's and out's.

We are just starting to get some sun, so I had to jump out and snap a few... spring has sprung!

Using my new Tammy 70-200mm 2.8, fun lens, can't wait to put it to work.

Great Shot! Usually all my posts include something in in the night sky so it's always fun to see other people taking pictures of it too. Point those cameras UP!

Great shots of the moon and planets. I was without my camera when I saw it, a beautiful clear sky, the crescent moon and two planets.
