Is the K-5 battery the same as the K-7

The UPS guy is taking his time with this delivery, so as i wait I wonder whether I could use my K-7 battery on it?

Yes they are the same. As soon as I picked up my K-5 I couldn't wait for the long battery charge and used one of my spare K-7 battery.
