Wow! I disappear from the forum for a couple months and a boatload of K-5 issues pop up! WTF!

I bought my K-5 last fall and also absolutely love it. I've had zero problems...quite the contrary...it's been a fantastic camera body and I wouldn't give it up for anything. I would have never known there were issues!

LOL!! OK, ok....I've had ONE problem. I keep running the battery down taking so many pictures.

Fanboy? Well, maybe. I've been a Pentax user for many years. But I don't have anything against other brands. I've owned many other camera bodies.

I do have a gripe against those who think there are only *two* real camera brands though. And my K-5 has actually convinced a couple of my acquaintances that there is a third!
