Odd noise when shooting video-K5

Whenever taking a video with my k5 if i zoom in and out and then focus the camera makes a very rapid shaking sound almost like the mirror is flickering up and down really fast its so loud you can hear it in the video clip :S

Using K5 with Sigma 17-70

If you don't want the sound, turn SR off. That's all it is. Every K-7/K-5 & K-x/K-r makes the same sound.

Here are two videos with my K-7 and 500mm F6.3 handheld with SR on making that sound when focusing.

The other option is to use an external microphone.
