This is the cheapest price I've seen so far from a reputable dealer. I might have to get one.

BH changed the price back to $1399. Luckily, Amazon has it for $1299 now too

Great price, but I will probably wait until I can snatch one up for less than $1,000. Have seen a few sellers on ebay very close. However, then it gets into do you really wanting to be buying something overseas. Could be a gamble

That's a great deal for a fabulous camera! I got mine 2 weeks ago and I love it so much I think I would have paid full price back in November if I had known what a great improvement it was going to be!

I paid $1374 last week, and have zero regrets........well, I do regret that I did not have one when it first came out, but given the problems, waiting was appropriate. The problems are gone, the camera is Superb.....if you wait longer you will kick yourself when you get one. This camera puts new joy in every snap, I guarantee!

Can't explain it fully, can't describe it adequately, but Magic is a word that comes to mind!! Great K5 shooting day out there today......next Sunday you could be doing what I am doing today......having the most fun of my shooting life!

I bought mine in February on eBay from a seller in Japan. Production date is after the supposed stained sensor cutoff date. It does come with a 1 year Japanese warranty, so I'd be spending more for shipping, but oh well. I saved a good amount of money. $1588 for the body and 18-135mm WR kit back in Feb.

Oh. I did buy the extended warranty as well from B&H. That way, after the first year, I can send my K-5 to be repaired in America.
