Wildlife videos with K-5

I have started using the video on the 5-5 for birding. What a great video it is!! I used the K-x a few times never liked it. But thisi K-5 is muchhhh better..

Question what software can i edit and put music with it??

I have seen it somewhere on here before. If someone has the link.

Look at the second page of my flickr page and you will see a video of a bird...
I think wildlife videos will become verry interesting with these new cameras. Great camera.

I use a 500mm f4.5 and a 300mm f2.8 lens.. I try not to use a T.C.

What he said! You really have an amazing set with the genus and species too! Great amount of work dedicated into those photos. You must be very passionate about birding!

I am a full time birder. I outfitted a truck especially for birding. So birding is an everyday thing for me.. 10-12 hrs a day.
Notice I said full time birder. Big difference. I love photography also, but birding is my passion. I say that becuase i see many photographers that shoot birds. And I see birders that shoot birds. As a sideline.

would be full of experts on the subject, but I guess the video software would include stuff like Adobe Premiere Elements, Sony Vegas Movie Studio, or if you have a Mac, Final Cut Pro.

D you have a Mac or PC? I use iMovie on a Mac works well and relatively simple to use.

garyk, wonderfully sharp bird photos. I don't know what your budget is for video editing software, but check out Edius Neo 3. It's designed to be quite straight forward to use and can deal with just about any type of video format you can throw at it. Also I suggest you have a look at Sony Vegas 10 HD which is cheaper but still pretty sophisticated.

Thanks for all the help. I looked at a few. Now over to Sony vegas 10.. Many people have recommended to me..
I use a Dell laptop here. So PC.
