Is it possible to use a K7 focusing screen on a K5 ?

Hey,
Everything is in the title, i want to buy a focusing screen. A friend of mine got a Katseyes FS for K7, and i want to know if it's possible to use it with a K5.

Regards,
Arno

The K7 & K5 use the same focussing screens.
This is also shown in the Katzeye page;

I find the Katzeye with Optibrite better (brighter) than the original focussing screen at wider apertures which is where I would normally reside, so for me the Katzeye is best

Even without Optibrite. Trying to manually focus a 35 f2 or a 50mm f1.4 on a flat matte screen is just ridiculous. You run it to one end of the apparent DOF then to the other, and try to pick the middle, and STILL miss a lot. KatzEye fixes that. I don't know why Pentax doesn't offer a split-prism screen when they spend so much effort maintaining such wonderful backwards compatibility.
