My business partner and I just switched over from Canon and now use 2 K-5's and a Kr. It is adequate for the job. The limitations we have run into compared to canon are: 1) The autofocus is still not up to par with the 7D's we were using 2) PTTL has given us some problems (so we shoot manual and A mode) mainly overexposure. The Pentax's are smaller (easier on the wrists and hands) and easier to use (menu system and button layouts). The image quality is soo much better though. Especially at higher ISO's and dynamic range. No problems with black and whites. The last 3 weddings on our blog are examples of weddings we shot (
- Home). We have made prints at 20x30 with NO problems. Oh ya. The lenses we use are Sigma 17-50 f2.8, DA* 16-50 f2.8, Sigma 85 1.4 (awesome lens), DA 35 f2.4, and a Tamron 70-200 2.8. I hope this helps,
Eric
