The K-5.......the right choice for me!

I love it! Seems like I need to start saving up more cash! lol

Twitch...thanks mate for the suggestions and killer comparison photo. That really helps. I think the DA15 will be my first choice for sure!

Otis wishes you well and commends you for choosing the K5, a fantastic camera! He does disagree on the lens selection, thinking you might like the Bigma 50 or 150-500 better than those little tiny lenses that won't reach out for a Handsome Squirrel. I do see your point, and it could also be that Otis is somewhat biased toward Squirrel shots.....

Whatever lens you get, I hope it delights you and fulfills your expectations...as for the K5, I am already certain it will surpass your dreams of a dream camera.

Here's another view of size difference, as you can see 77mm filter vs 49mm filter is a big difference....

If you don't mind the size of it, it's a killer lens, great IQ. I can't tell the diff in IQ between it and my primes, well maybe the DA15 seems a little sharper, but it's very close.

I prefer these guys though...
