"Dual image" picture

Hello!
I have a " Dual-Image" filter from Hoya
HOYA FILTERS - The Difference is Clear
and want to produce a dual-image with my K5 but do not find the settings for that...
Can you please give me a hint ?

I guess it's page 155 of the manual (multi-exposure).
