K-5 vs Nex-5n Dynamic Range

Just wondering, k-5 and Nex-5n seems to be using the same sensor, how come the dynamic range evaluated by DxOMark is different - for k-5 it's 14.1 and for Nex-5n it's 12.7 - not a small difference really (like between k-5 & D7000).

Any ideas?

I'm guessing it is coming from 14-bit from K-5 and 12-bit processing from Sony.
