I just bought the GSS protector (glass) off Amazon. It looks real nice and has great ratings. It doesn't come with the top LCD though. It was like 5$. NOTE: you have to buy the one made for Nikon D3000 as the K5 doesn't fit right. Unfortunately, it says D3000 on it (not a big deal). I just got mine yesterday and it fits perfectly.
+1 for the GGS. I had the the ACMAXX to my kx and I didn't like the silver outline nor the thickness. I have K5 specific GGS, it fits perfectly and is almost invisible. It's as good at removing the blueish tint of the glass panel outdoors. A top LCD would be nice but I'm fine right now.
Edit: got it from here

The GGS was ridiculously easy to install (plus no bubbles) and I'm all for the glass covered by 6 layers of explosion-proof film and all, but holy crap does it sure show the smudges! They aren't the easiest to remove either, and are a REAL pain in bright conditions when it's already hard enough to see the rear LCD. But I put up with it because it seems very durable thus far. So unless I'm told of a better alternative regarding the smudging but that's just as durable, I'll keep it on for as long as it lasts.

Universal cut-to-fit screen protectors do a fine job for me.
If they get scratched up just peel them off and replace.
I put them on the top and back LCD and you don't even know they are there.
