Chinese manual needed

I bought for my father in law a K-5 with an english manual. But my father in law only speaks chinese and I can not find a chinese manual for the K-5 in the internet for download.
From where can I get a chinese manual ?

There might be a PDF on their Chinese site- that's probably your best bet!

If all else fails (and I really do mean if all else fails), download the English manual in pdf and then convert to Chinese with one of the electronic translaters, like Bing. I use it the other way to monitor my nieces on Facebook. And what things they get up to!

thx for your reply. The chinese Pentax homepage we checked already and we couldn´t find a chinese Version there

But from different internet pages we know there is one available. But we couldn´t find the download.

Hi

I seem to remember that the classic Chinese Kanji script was adopted by Japan, hence you will be able to download from Pentax Japan a Kanji manual and your father in law should be able to read this. (enough anyway to get going).

Edit:

I believe the Japs printed the manual in such a way to enable both Japanese and Chinese to read it so they didn't have to print two version of the same thing. I could be wrong though.

I think you can set language to Chinese in camera, you will get everything display in Chinese.
